Welcome to a space where your story is heard and healing begins. Deep within each of us, there’s a longing to be accepted and understood for who we truly are. All parts of you are invited here, and I will always work to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your inner world. Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) is the heart of my work, a framework that facilitates emotional processing and fosters secure relationships with yourself and others. I use trauma-informed approaches, yet enjoy leaving room for playfulness and laughter in our sessions.

I enjoy working with people of all diverse backgrounds and experiences, including the AAPI community and Highly Sensitive People. I’m fully committed to creating a space where your identity and sensitivities are honored. Whether you’re seeking to unpack the complexities of your feelings or wanting to navigate the path of healing from childhood wounds, I’m here to support you through that process. Whatever you are struggling with, know that you were never meant to face it alone.

Outside of therapy, I’m usually snuggling up with my Frenchies, getting outdoors, trying out new recipes and new restaurants, and spending time with my favorite people. Thank you for considering me as your fellow traveler on your journey to wellness.

I look forward to working with you! To schedule online, please use the link below. If you’re having trouble finding appointment times, please give us a call at (216)543-5232 or email at hello@ebbandflowcounseling.com .
