Hi! My name is Meghan Ritter and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor. I enjoy working with adults, children, and adolescents with adjustment related issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD. I believe in providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients that are seeking guidance and support through a holistic, strengths based approach. My approach to therapy is eclectic, therefore I also use cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral approaches and client-centered interventions to assist my clients. I often use humor in my therapy and firmly believe laughter is the best medicine. Together we will set goals and work to achieve them in a comfortable setting.

I have worked in community mental health and private practice settings throughout my career in various cities across the country. I have experience with a variety of clients experiencing emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders. My diverse experience gives me unique perspective, insight, and clinical skills that are invaluable in assisting all of my clients.

In my free time, I enjoy taking in new information around me and am a perpetual learner! I try to stay up to date with relevant therapeutic techniques as well as important social justice movements. I also love exploring Cleveland’s newest local restaurants and small businesses!

I look forward to working with you! To schedule online, please use the link below. If you’re having trouble finding appointment times, please give us a call at (216)543-5232 or email at hello@ebbandflowcounseling.com .
