In beginning this year of Mental Wellness off right, I wanted to create a post of the ABC’s of Mental Wellness. Each post will have different tools, psycho-education, or words of encouragement to help build a toolbox full of good information and skills to use throughout this entire year. This will not be an exhaustive list but my main goal is to help provide more information about mental wellness and how to start off this year on the right foot to have a happy, healthy, safe new year. Any and all input and participation as to your own personal strategies of mental wellness that correspond with each letter would be delightfully accepted. Can’t wait to see what we come up with together!
